Can Support Central still work on my computer?
If you have an Apple or Dell laptop that is under warranty, Support Central will be able to service your computer. If there is work that needs to be done that is not covered by your warranty (ex: accidental damage) or your warranty is expired, Support Central can work on your computer but you will be responsible for any additional costs.
For all other computer makes and models, Support Central will not be able to work on any physical issues with the computer. If you are having issues with software (ex: virus, malware, etc.) you can bring it by Support Central and we will assist you as best we can.
With any work done on your personal computers, Support Central is not liable for data lost while working on the device. We recommend backing up your data at regular intervals to prevent data loss.
