These instructions explain how to install Institution printers on an Institution laptop for Mac users.

Open the Install Printers App
- Click on the spotlight in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Type “Install Printers” in the search box.
- Select the Install Printers Application.
Note: If you cannot find the Install Printers application here, go to our instructions for installing the Install Printers app.
Install the Printers
- Select the printers you want to install. (Most faculty and staff will want to install the printers named “CanonCopierEmployee” and “HPPrinterEmployee.”)
- Click “Add.”
- Click “Close.”
