Installing Printers for Employees on Windows 7

These instructions explain how to install Institution printers on an Institution laptop for Windows users. Employees with advanced printing needs (stapling, hole punch, etc.) will need to use these instructions to install printers.

Connect to Joseph.oc.edu

  1. Click on the Start Menu.
  2. in the search bar type \\joseph.oc.edu and press enter.

Install the Printers

Double-click on the name of the printers you would like to install.  We recommend installing CanonCopierEmployee and HPPrinterEmployee.  If you know you need to install a different printer, you can double-click on the name of the printer to install it.

Finish

When the Print Properties box appears the installation is complete.
